Nominate an emerging leader ready to strengthen their role in global health. The fourth International Politics and Diplomacy for Health for Emerging Leaders Executive Programme will bring together around 30 mid-career professionals from around the world. Nominations are open from today until 2 December 2026.

The programme supports emerging leaders with 10-15 years of experience in navigating the political processes that shape health. Fellows will strengthen their skills in political analysis and diplomacy, strategic decision-making and leadership, cross-cultural communication, and coalition-building and advocacy.

Learning through experience and interaction

At the heart of the programme is learning from experience. Through practical cases and exchanges with senior leaders and peers, fellows will explore both successes and challenges in health diplomacy. They will also join a growing community of practitioners.

The programme runs from April to July 2027, combining five online seminars with a five-day in-person Masterclass in Sweden, taking place on 14–18 June.

Nominate a colleague

Candidates must be nominated by a senior colleague. Direct applications are not accepted. Nominations close on 2 December 2026, after which eligible candidates will be invited to submit a full application.
